Glass cook tops are a PITA (pain in the ***) I have a lady friend that has a $12,000 (top of the line) Dacor glass stove top, and her Calphalon cookware "ice skates" all over the damned thing....I HATE COOKING ON IT!!! So when we go over to her house to cook with her, I stick to the oven so I don't get aggravated.....I would NOT have a glass top stove top if it was given to me.....I ONLY cook on gas tops......

The pan is warped, a lot of them go that way as they get older or are dropped etc., I have the same problem, hate it, my old cast iron skillet does not have that problem and have gone back to using it.
