Give gifts.
Have a tree with a star of David.
Mix marriages will have a mix
more open minded and maybe reform will have a tree with a Star of David and give gifts in just the tradition of giving gifts.
Many Jews have many non Jewish friends so giving and accepting gifts and cards are not a huge deal.
Orthodox family I doubt anything relative is allowed, I have heard of allowing kids receive gifts though.
younger Muslims have secular and Christian friends so I figure the celebration of gifts and eats is accepted to certain levels. I mean so many people who celebrate Christmas are pretty secular and the thought doesn't cross their mind about what the day is about to be honest.

Christian family here... we have rather large community of Muslims here.. and they often join our celebrations when those involve God. They are fully aware w econsider Jesus to be God... and we are fully aware they consider him to be a fraud.. that aside.. we all get along quite well .. and even on Christmas and Easter! Ramadan is very special to them and we have studied ( at their instruction, the traditions they hold dear to their families hearts).. and no one seems to think it is weird around here. Oh..and we DO argue passionately about "religions". But not about God. And I add.. none of us have bombed each other or hate each other.

I generally sleep in late, then watch TV or work around the house. Maybe go to a movie or go out to eat.

Whenever there in UK at Christmas time, visit a few relatives there, exchange Christmas greetings 'merry Christmas,' nice food (indeed without wine). Buy gifts for the younger cousins.
It is quite an event :)))
