How can I play music off computer & play videos sent in e-mail?

When I try to play videos from the news on puter or e-mail video which have been sent to me , they start then stop, start pause for a long time, then start again. Same with music. Do I have download something to fix this? Also some of my e-mail pics do not download.

It may be a bandwidth problem. If you have dial-up ISP (or slow for some other reason) the computer may be waiting for more of the file to come before it can play. If they are sending a link, or file, try downloading the entire file into *your* computer before playing.

Some services also have an attachment size limit. This could mean that a picture or video might just be too big for them to allow on an email.
