It's probably just allergies of some sort - there could be things you didn't realize you were allergic to.
For example, I don't react to all cats, but whenever I babysit at one house, I always end up feeling sick and miserable that evening and the day after, and I know it's because of the cats. There could be mold in her house that you don't have in yours, or you could be allergic to the laundry detergent her family uses. It is really hard to tell, but it does really sound like allergies to me. I hope you figure it out, 'cause it's no fun to get sick everytime you visit a friend, I'm sure.

It is highly unlikely that you would respond to anything in your friend's home two or three days after you visit there.

If it happened immediately, then it would be an allergy, possibly caused by mold or mildew or dust or pet fur, etc, etc, etc.

If it happened with an hour or so, then it would be something you ate or drank over there, possibly indicating that their water is bad in some way, or that their method of cooking is bad, or that their food simply disagrees with you. But, since you didn't mention stomach problems, and since 2-3 days is well beyond the time that it took for your body to digest the food or water, I doubt that's the issue.

If it happened within 24 hours, then it could have been a viral infection, but, usually, the body develops immunities to it after the first such occurrence. Even if it took a secondary allergen or virus to trigger it at your home or school, you still should have developed some form of immunity to it, very shortly after the first instance.

Presumably, you don't get sick after seeing her at school or anywhere else you two meet, so it is highly unlikely that you are allergic to her (again, it would occur within a relatively short time, not 2-3 days later). Even if that were the case, there is no reason for you to get sick 2-3 days later.

So, either it is psychosomatic (i.e., you're imagining things), or, there is something in your home or school that is triggering the effect. Since you didn't give your age, it is impossible to narrow down the possibilities. Tell your parents about it; they will probably say the same things I did, and they might take you to the doctor (of course, if you don't want to go, then there's no hope of finding the true cause of your alleged malady).

it must be the cleaners they use in that domicile, the carpeting (is it new?), does every physique smoke there? i do no longer think of you're allergic to the female, however the stuff interior the domicile. attempt seeing her someplace independent like a library or a rapid food place...or invite her on your domicile!
