You have to drink a gallon of water a day to flush out the fat in your body. I started that a yr ago and it works really.
Stay away from soda it will put 1 pound on you a week if you drink more then 2 cans of soda a day.

and do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 before bed that will get your belly down had the same problem :)

Good luck

Because most people don't really know what healthy foods are. Juice? Bad. Anything white? Bad (this includes potatoes). The only apples that are good when you are dieting are green apples. Everything else is high in sugar.

Vegetables are only healthy if they are eaten raw or barely cooked. Otherwise, they are pointless. Bread? Bad.

You should be eating nothing but brightly colored veggies such as dark green veggies, bell peppers, etc. Lettuce is a waste of time. Berries are low in sugar, so are green apples, but all other fruit is high in sugar and should be avoided. 4oz of chicken is a good choice. So is salmon, which you can eat raw if you want to (I love it).

Plus, I'll bet you a dollar that you are snacking more often than you say. I have a big problem with taking bites. Oh yes. I didn't realize it until I started writing down everything I put in my mouth. I'd have a small bite of this and that from other people's plates all day long! I didn't even think about it! But it adds up pretty fast!

It takes time so be patient,

Try fixing any holes in your diet first, you don't need to eliminate the snack, but make sure you are gettin no less than 1500 healthy calories per day!

If that's all in order then you need to step up your cardio, increase the time, and when you hit 50min. start stepping up the speed, push your cardio very hard.

If you don't change up your workout then your body will adapt and it won't do any good, try some different cardio like swimming or bikeing but make sure you keep the intensity the same.

hope I helped and stick with it!
