If I jsut poor the egg content into my pan and scramble it will it still work?

If you have a microwave, put the egg in a microwave-safe cup, put in a wooden toothpick and nuke it for 2 minutes at medium-high.
You will need the toothpick otherwise the egg will blow up allover the inside of the microwave.
And no burns, no headache. ^_^

yes, get yourself a medium sized 8" stainless steal pan and use non-stick cooking sprays. I would avoid cooking with Teflon non-stick surfaces.

Cook your eggs in the microwave if you don't want to use oil or butter.

Yupp. I would recommend using a non-stick pan though

No it will get all sticky.
Try pam that will work good.
