Why yes there is discrimination in the workforce. I have been discriminated against because of my lifestyle. Even though I do not broadcast my personal life and my sexual preference to people I work(ed) with, I have been treated differently because of it. It is unfortunate that this happens. And also, with companies that claim to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and have it on the application forms, they still do practice discrimination, and it will never stop.

Of course. Discrimination exists everywhere and by everyone. After all, who wants a big fat sloppy lazy drunk running a nuclear power plant? (Hint...Mr. Burns)
