Does anyone know the nutrition info for a large boiled egg- yolk removed?

No fat or cholesterol really. Just about 3 g of protein. The yolk has bout 3-5 g more of protein and is where you find the fat and cholesterol. However, it has some good fats and lots of vitamins/minerals too.
