Not really, but I have noticed that people that appear to be mentally ill, often pick Yahoo Avatars that look... uhm... mentally ill...

Like the other poster said, I don't read them. I find them difficult to read and if they can't even figure out how a keyboard works, clearly the answer isn't going to be that in-depth.
I just skip right over the answer unless it's really short--so if anything I give it less weight.
Hey at least she rocks someone's socks off.

On the Internet and in Email, all CAPS conveys that you are SHOUTING and is considered very RUDE. it should only be used to EMPHASIZE a word or phrase. She may not know that. I've had to explain to my granddaughter and a couple of friends who were not that computer literate.
Do I give it more weight? It's very hard to read and no, I don't.

I don't read answers in all CAPS. A word or phrase here and there for emphasis is acceptable.
