The bolt pattern will fit, just be careful that when you put a smaller rim, it is going to affect your speedometer and mileage due to the wheel turning faster.

The 15 inch rims should fit because they are both from Dodge truck. The difference in rim size does not change the bolt pattern or size, only the inside diameter of the tire itself changes to fit the rim.

The Dodge wheel bolt pattern changed in 1984 to 5 on 5.5.
'83 were 5 on 4.5, same as cars. Even if the bolt pattern is the same, the older wheels won't clear the calipers.

Should fit just make sure the rotors and such clear the back side of the rims, It will throw the speedometer off also, Might look a little funky on there with that great big gap between the tire and wheel well.

even if they do bolt up,not a good idea to use them,by putting smaller tires and rims on,you significantly change the balance of the vehicle, which could cause handling problems.
