For some perspective, I'm an adult, am 5'6" and weigh 125 lbs, and that's low normal for my height and build. You are just hitting puberty and will probably continue to grow for the next four or five years. For you to try to drop down to 100 lbs right now would be very unhealthy! At 113 lbs you are already thin.
About 90% of women have a stomach they would like to get rid of--I do too! Women tend to store fat on their tummies and hips, and it is harder for women to lose weight than it is for men. Having a little tummy is normal.
Since you're still growing you shouldn't try to lose weight by dieting. You can start exercising more, though. By exercising you can convert fat into muscle, and become overall more healthy. But your goal should be to lose fat while adding muscle, not lose weight.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

you really shouldn't loose any weight. you are only 13, you are still growwing and probably not in the perfect proportion. this will get better over time and you shouldn't worry about this yet.
you are in the perfect weight range. an easy way to check this is at 5 ft. you should weigh 100lbs. add 5lbs. for every inch. you are 7lbs. under this weight. you have nothing to worry about.
if you want to lose your "belly" eat healthier or excercise a little more.
you really shouldn't lose any weight though.
everybody has a belly.
bye, i hope i helped you
sincerely,

I don't think you need to loose any fat. That sounds like a very healthy weight for you to be at for your age and height. You are still growing and if you restrict calories, it could stunt your growth. Just dieting alone, won't give you movie star abs either. If you would like a trimmer figure then you can work out and convert any fat you have (I'm sure it is very very very very little fat) into more lean musscle. Dont go over bored though. And remember, having a little fat is not bad for you because your body needs it to grow.

I don't think you should worry about your weight. You will lose it. If it bothers you alot just try eating healthier and maybe do a few situps or walk a little extra each day.

you are NOT overweight, you have that little stomach because you body is preparing for a growth spurt, you need that little tummy because you are going to start growing soon. Stop being obsessed with appearances, they are going to change a great deal over the next five or six years. Be more concerned with being a decent human being.
