God gave us a good bone structure called a skeleton and by standing and sitting erect instead of stooping our shoulders over, that structure will stay straight instead of hunched. Also, while you are young you need to eat things that are full of vitamin D, such as milk. If you are older you may need to supplement your diet with a vitamin D pill.
