They wear tights, well stockings so they are warmer, in the winter. And in the summer they just wear sandals with a summer dress.

Obviously, she should wear tights if it is cold out. You can find some really nice ones that are thick like socks at most kids stores. When it is warm it depends on the dress and the shoes. You wouldn't wear tights with sandals, and if the dress is a "play dress" then you don't need to worry about it. She should still probably wear tights if you are going to a dressy occasion (say Easter Sunday or a Wedding) though.

Tights if it is cold, but when it is hot, I make her wear comfortable shorts under her skirt. That way, on the playground, she can play as normal!

If it's chilly then tights would be good. They keep your legs a little warmer than bare. In the summer it depends on the outfit and if tights/leggings look good with it.

Well i would have her wear tights in the cool season. But no tights in the summer

For modesty, she wears a pair of shorts underneath.
It is her choice as to whether she wears tights, nylons, or socks. I really don't care. But she will wear a pair of "skirt shorts" under it for modesty.

If they aren't the skorts kind and it isn't cold (for tights) I have her wear stretchy shorts underneath.
Little girls aren't very "modest". My daughter would have no problem doing the monley bars in a skirt

depending on how old she is she could wear tights or nothing
i prefer to wear short shorts under my skirts or dresses to make sure i dont flash ppl on accident

If it is cold I will put tights on her but if it is hot then I will make sure i put one of those things that go over her diaper.
