the past few days i've been having chest pains?

they aren't very common. mabye once a day. the past 2 days. but when it happens they are sharp and heart. they are in the left part of my chest. my heart tends to be beating fast when it happens. im 18. no history of heart problems

Could be related to staying in one position too long. Sometimes like with sitting too long (giving an example only) the nerves can get irritated. The only way to know for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think it is.
