I would suggest that you find a calcium supplement that has ample amounts of magnisium and vitamin D. Without these other vitamins, any calcuim that you consume is just going to pass right through you. I have had great success with a supplement known as Poly C.

Ive been taking caltrate works and digest great pill form or chewable i like the chewables and you get 600 mg with each one plus vitamin d to help absorb

get calcium citrate supplements. calcium gluconate, or calcium carbonate will cause kidney stones.

drink more milk...or wen you go shopping, look for things with more calcium in it
