Oh dear! Well first go on google and type in anorexia or anorexic! Do it NOW! make sure you do! you want to see your bones like that? Then stop eating now, go and huddle in a corner and cry about how you look until you die...
If NO..Be a healthy weight.
Join a gym. The only way to loose weight is exercise. YOU DO NOT LOOSE WEIGHT BY STOPPING EATING. i must stress that point. In fact you gain weight as the little food that you do eat, the body will cling in to ALL the fat as it thinkis it wont get anymore! If the body knows it gets regular healthy meals it wont store asmuch fat as only eating once a day.
exercise for at least half an hour 3 days a week and youll be an ideal weight in a few months. Slow is better. Dont go mad youll harm yourself. Good look! Dont wish you can see ur bones its disgusting. When you can sit down hunched over and you HAVENT got any fat, you have a serious problem. Love your body, you might aswell youve got it for the rest of your life :D dont waste your time worrying about these things good luckkkk xx

Don't. There are realistically very few people who find it attractive. You must have seen wossnames Next Top Model. They are grim, nothing more than a blank facial canvas and a body that is just a very expensive clothes hanger. If you personally wish to be thin and skinny, then do it. You must realise, however, that it is not appealing to anybody in truth. Think about it this way: ask somebody to describe a sexy woman using only their hands. You'll get an hourglass wavy shape, not an uppy downy motion. Personally, i believe that any man who lusts after really skinny girls, the sexless twigs that they are, really wants a little boy instead. GIRLS HAVE CURVES!

well, not eating is definitely not the right thing to do. and, when eating less food, you always get a little larger before you get smaller. your weight is already at the lowest point of the normal weight range in bmi levels. so, ur the skinniest of regular sized people. so, i really wouldn't worry about your weight... im sure you're thinner than most people anyways. and , you wouldn't want to be underweight because health problems are related to it. However, if you wanted to lose some weight in a healthy way, start jogging for 30 minutes everyday, and in a few weeks (maybe a month), you'll lose at least 5 pounds.

Get help, bones sticking out of ur body is NOT attractive, if u become underweight, u will be under nourished, u could stop having periods, it could stop you having a child in the future, ur liver will be f****d also, do the right thing, admit u have a problem and seek help, anorexia is a KILLER, many people die from it, u are obviously concerned as to why u feel this way so u know it is not right, before its too late, go tell someone

time to talk to someone. an adult.
I let the little discontented "you are fat, you need to be skinny, and I can't see enough bones" voice in my head take over a bit too much of me, and it's not worth it.
stop thinking about being thinner because there's so much else out there to live for. you might want to be a better person morally and keep improving your conduct to get there. but can you really say that you're "improving yourself" by losing weight when you are so thin to begin with? I think not.
don't make a big deal about eating. just eat, it's part of your daily life. please keep a healthy relationship with food. you're 15!
it's hard to do all the above stuff on your own, so please talk to an adult. summon up the courage and talk to your mom. you might need a bit of proper medical help. you are skinny, and have an ultra-slim waist. you should NOT be worrying about this.
I finally exploded and talked to someone (my fave teacher) about food issues, and it feels SO GOOD to have someone out there who knows exactly how you feel and can tell you exactly what to do.
Good luck. =)

Don't fall into the trap of basing your self-esteem, self-image and self-worth on your weight....I know how hard that can be, and after doing some stupid things to my body I realise that there is so much more to life than being 'skinny'.....to feel better about yourself focus on things you're good at, things you enjoy, and the good things in your life (relationships with friends, family etc).
You seriously don't want to be underweight - think of the medical consequences......you would more than likely lose your periods....and if the damage is permanent then you won't be able to have kids later on - don't ruin your future - you will regret it later on.
Why don't you just try to be healthy instead of stick thin???? Eat everything in moderation, and do a healthy amount of exercise - you'll feel good and your body will be getting looked after.

Well to me this sounds like a text book case of anorexia. You should talk to your parents about it first of all. Take up some hobbies or something that makes you feel happy. Try to gain self-confidence by doing something challenging...rock-climb, hike, write a book, etc. If you still worry about your weight too much you should go to a doctor or see a specialist. In fact you should consider seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist now just for the heck of it. With your current mindset, you need either some major moral support or professional help.

Trust me... People who are underweight just look sick. A normal weight for 15 year olds is anywhere from 114-120, so you are already very light. Don't be afraid to eat. You'll only get yourself in trouble. You should eat. But you should also be getting enough exercise (30-45 minutes a day.) The trick is not to be thin, it is to be fit.

People at school might think you're attention seeking if you say you're fat when you're obviously not and it'll offend people you know that are overweight so dont be one of those people that moans constantly at school about how fat they are (because you're not fat at all)
Talk to a parent, or a close friend, or a doctor cos it sounds like you need help to stop you becoming anorexic.
I'm your age and about you size/weight and I want to be thinner half the time but then I think about what it'd be like if I was really skinny and it'd be horrible, you need to have curves, not bones!
I think most people want to lose weight at this age but don't stop eating!!

Your friends are correct. If you REALLY care about your body, you would find out a HEALTHY way to become the shape that you want to be, and be that shape in a healthy way. Not eating will only do your body harm, it slows down your metabolism which means when you DO eat after a long time not eating, you will gain more weight then eating regularly.
Also, eat healthy, exercise, and look up HEALTHY diets if you really care that much. Not eating is the worst, irresponsible, stupidest, shallow, and unhealthy thing to do.
PLEASE, hear me out.
