Some dogs can go into heat as early as 6 months to a year and some larger breeds a year and a half, so she could come in heat soon. If you don't want to breed her or anything then you could get her fixed but it's up to you. If you want to breed then just wait till she's like 2 and don't fix her.

Pit Bulls generally first come into heat at five or six months of age.
Spay her now. No Pit owner should breed when Pit puppies are abandoned in their thousands every year. And you don't want any 'accidents' to happen.

Yup, the same as any other dog: The first time would be at about 6 months.
Get her spayed before it happens again and you get a litter of puppies.
