You need to see the doctor as this could be the first signs of Diabetes Type 1. It also depends on how much water you are taking in each day, I'm sure this will be nothing but get it checked out just in case. But remember to ask yourself these questions so you are fully prepared to see your doctor.
1. How much water are you drinking?
2. How many times are you going to the toilet?
3. What do you do during the day/night?
4. Are you feeling bloated?
5. Are there any other symptoms? ANY?
6. Does your lower back hurt?
I hope this helps you.

that isn't a physically powerful weight help plan. you are able to overload on water and reason some intense electrolyte imbalances. intense like ending up in the scientific institution on IV fluids. you will desire to be eating 2L to 2.5L of water or sparkling fluids consistent with day. in case you get into extra beneficial than that, you're eating extra beneficial than you desire, assuming a classic physique and interest point. dropping weight is a controversy of eating somewhat fewer energy than you deplete daily.

I have two things.
You may have a bigger bladder than others.
Or the water goes through your body slower.
People digest in different ways && if you exercise then you could sweat a lot of it out.
I think it is something that should not worry you though.

.I actually think you should be telling this to your doctor.
I believe excessive thirst can be a symptom of a health problem.
Not needing the toilet is serious.
Please see a doctor.
