This is serious for me.... I am 5'9 and am really thin and would like to gain about 15-20 pounds. I think my metabolism is really high because I eat alot and eat healthy but I keep getting thinner. I have had two babies in the last two years and got up to 155 pounds. I tried to keep on the weight but I couldnt. I know I can gain muscle weight by exercising but Im actually afraid im going to keep losing pounds if I do. Does anyone know what I can do???

Try increasing your intake of foods such as nuts and cheese which are high in calories but not so filling meaning you can eat lots of them. Eat every couple of hours, preferably something with lots of calories like dairy products, nuts, seeds and dried fruits.

Are you dropping weight despite what you eat? Is this something new or have you always been like this?

If the weight loss is new, you may want to visit the doctor. A dramatic sudden weight loss could be an over active thyroid (just as a dramatic sudden weight gain could be an under active thyroid)
