I have the stomach flu, and I'm afraid to eat more than a snack. I have a headache of abnormal pain levels. I know it should be obvious, but I should eat as much as I can stomach, right?

the issue is not food, the issue is hydration, your headaches are caused by a lack of adequate hydration. You need to be drinking at least two liters of water a day, if you have a fever you need three liters a day.

Yes, you should keep nourishing yourself, even if you have the stomach flu. Try something that goes down (and comes back up) easily, like soup, noodles, or even plain bread.
If you really can't keep anything down for a day or two, go see your doctor. If you're not getting enough nourishment down, the doctor can put you on a IV drip to restore some of those vital fluids, or give you something to calm your stomach enough so you can eat.

yes, not having nourishment in ur system can def make you feel worse. dont stuff yourself, just try to eat a normal amount.
PS, no dairy products, like ice cream or milk; it will make you feel bad, and you have more of a chance of throwing it up. try something small like crackers or something, and then go up from there
good luck, im sorry ur not feeling well :(

Yeah, eating will make you sicker and not eating will make you sicker. You can't win for losing with the flu. I hope you feel better soon...

Sometimes even sleeping too much will give you head aches...just drink plenty of fluids and you wont get dehydrated....thats one thing that you dont want to stop from coming into your body.
