(((HUGS))) .... I hated...HATED gym in school too. Ohmigosh! The tiny little outfits...ew! And I was heavy chested too. :0(

no no **** that, I've been there.

I'm guessing you hate gym because your not in shape, hate running the mile or something like that.

Well practice makes perfect, I know you hate running but you should try and run at least a few miles a week, I used to hate running too and now its been over a week since I've ran because I'm sick and I'm about to go CRAZY!

Changing your diet is also necessary (i'm not saying your fat, just that it will be much easier if you are eating well), you don't have to eat all veggies and stuff, just try and eat a few less of the bad things and a few more of the good things, and pack a lunch, caffeteria food is horrible!

I'm glad to see you're concerned you should really get on top of this now, it will be 100x harder later, trust me.

i know how u feel. im in high school 2 and gym SUCKS.
