I think it may have worked on a lot of them. Why else would they see it as a reasonable argument?

Yes, when I care of someone who need my help and tell because of christ's love. He will believe and follow me to church. After they attended several times, the problems come out with unreasonable questions in bible stories. The alter of sacrification of son of Ibaham. Only Adam and Eve are our original. Kill animal on the alter. The elder brother used vegetable for sacrification on the alter not acept but the younger brother used animal killed in the alter was acept. These showed not a comparsion god to us. the priest even cannot make us a reasonale interpretation.
The priests are not qualify to be a leader in church due to many church set up and not many priest be trained qualify.
All my questions are carrying forward to other religious. Only Budhaist sutras can release all my sutborns. I went though the Koran, OT and NT, Hindru Vedas, Toa, and budhaist sutras and Alti yoga. Now I understand why the bible saying that unreasonable things and they are right. The wrong was me. All religious are baseing on a comparsion heart and wanted their people life style improveing. The way should have 2 faces to go. If you are not understand the useage, you are turning medicine to poison or you understand the useage will turn poison to medicine.

If someone is stupid enough to agree with Pascal's Wager, then he/she deserves to be a Christian.

lol. No. I've never used it, cause it's retarded.

EDIT:
I take that back. It sorta, kinda, in a new mutation, worked on me. When I first started believing in God at age 15, I wasn't going to church, cause I wasn't sure which version of God I believed in, or that God should even really be worshiped. A person who shared my view of God told me that it didn't really matter, when I say "God" the right one listens. And if he's worth worshiping, he'll understand my humanly ignorance. If He/She doesn't, then I don't want to worship them anyway. So I did a little research and found the set I could live with.

And where did pascal's wager come in? Well, i asked why I should worship, and they said "what does it hurt?" hehe.

I have seen it make many people THINK. I have seen the power of the Holy Spirit actually reach a person to show them how the gospel of Christ is an analogy to many other things.
It is amazing.
And of course I do not expect it to make people jump up and say "I'll be a christian" it goes much deeper than that....
And I have also seen many people roll their eyes.
You will see this with anything having to do with the truth- many people will receive it and many people will ignore it.

Pascal was an idiot.

The purpose of Pascal's wager is not to convert anyone, but to reinforce belief in those who already believe.

Not to create Christians out of Atheists,
but I'll bet it keeps a lot of Christian's from wavering.

That fear of burning in hell for all eternity is pretty strong.

Just the mere fact that people keep bringing it up suggests that it struck a serious nerve with the unbelievers.
