i get mostly b's and c's in high school will i be able to get into a decent college with those grades?

Yes, though it does limit some things.
It just depends on what you call a decent college.
Also, a big thing could be your test scores, SAT or ACT. Those can do a lot to help you or hurt you.

what grade are you in? if you a senior try to raise those c into b's. I sure you will get into college.
