I prefer to have the wall opposite the entry way door as the accent wall. It is the first thing that someone sees as they enter a room. Chocolate brown is relaxing, anything earth tone will go with it, especially another lighter brown, such as a tan or mocha color. Use brighter earth tones, such as burnt oranges, terra cotta, etc. as accents (door frames, window frames, picture frames, lamps, etc. to add "punch" to the room. Stay away from yellows and bright reds, if the object is to create a relaxing atmosphere.

Do the wall you want to FOCUS on as the accent wall - where head of bed is, or best view, or some interesting feature like a fireplace.
Does bedding or window covering have chocolate in it?
If you use chocolate brown, add whichever one or two colors from this list for other walls: [ you want calm, soothing colors ]
ivory
rose
peach or coral
banana, lemon, or pale gold
mint, lime, sage
aqua, turquoise
sky, smoke blue
caramel
