If it's meaningless, yes it's wrong. Talk about it with the guy and see if he has something to say about it.
If he thinks it was just another spur of the moment thing, ditch him! Don't waste your time on someone who doesn't even care.

Just means there immature. A kiss is only a kiss like I can kiss my hand is doesn't mean anything. why is there so much emphasis on kissing. Like two people's mouth together making slurpy noises and a man with his groin rubbing against you- urgh
