A lot of girls won't!
They are afraid to or embarrassed to.
So, if the guy doesn't, she might think he really is not interested.
If he really likes her and wants to be with her, he needs to leave the shyness behind for a moment and make the move!

she's probably not going to. Most young girls think that it means they are desperate or easy if they make the first move.
So if you like her you're going to have to man up and make that first move!

I know really...it would make it SOOOOOOOOOOO much easier for us guys if a "rule of life" was that girls had to make the first move on men.....ahhhh
