1) drug dosages:
>>= Dosage Desired÷Stock on Hand X Quantity
For Pediatric Dosage Calculation Rules, check out this page:
http://www.mapharm.com/med_calc_pedi.htm

2) IV flow rate:
>>Macrodrops/minute: Volume X 15 gtts÷Number of Hours X 60 minutes
>>Microdrops/minute: VolumeX60 mgtts ÷Number of Hours X 60 minutes
Check this link for reference:

3) intake and output:
24 hours balance =Total intake - Total Output.
-All fluids taken by any route will be recorded and tallied per shift -oral intake, intravenous.
-All output will be recorded per shift -urine,vomitus,bleeding,drainage,liquid feces.

A 24 hour intake and output balance will be recorded daily.

Donald S said "The formula that I use is usable everyday almost. I mean there will still be days when you hit a Saturn at a bad aspect and no matter what you do that day it's just not going to work. But for the most part my formula works everyday and for most people." What formula would this be?
