Fell in love with a man while I was on the way to widowhood. We connected and made contact a little over the year as he had moved. He is now moving closer. Will he think less of me for falling with him at that time? Is it possible to get together now?

Will he think less of you for falling for him at that time? I doubt it very seriously, especially if he knows what you've gone through. I'm sorry for your loss, and I applaud your newfound happiness. Happy Holidays.

i don't think so. he knew you werent a widow yet but he still fell for you. so why would it change now that you are really free. there is a possibility that you and he could enter into a relationship again, if he is still interested in you that way. a year is a long time. is he un-attached? how do you know. how close is "moving closer"? if he is in your vicinity, you could contact him to 'welcome' him to the neighborhood. if not, i think it would be prudent to wait for him to contact you. he would contact you if he is interested because i'm sure he knows where you are. if he is the right man for you, then good luck...
