Is there a religion/belief something for people who believe in god but not organized religion....basically doubt the bible (parts of it that is) who also believe in big bang theory and in evolution and the whole monkey human thing..where do these ppl fit in?
I myself am like this i dont really believe god created earth in 7 days I believe there is a god but science is a part of it too.. so when ppl ask me my religion im not sure what to say?> i normally say i believe in god just dont follow religion.. hmm. this has always confused me!!! any insights.

how do you explain that humans and chimps share 97% of our dna. how can it be a lie when it has years of evidence to support it. there is no evidence that the bible is the actual truth. it was written by men-- and they could have stretched the truth a bit.. right!!1

I believe you might be, if anything, spiritual. You set your own rules and follow your own path - nothing wrong with that if you so choose. Where do you fit? Pretty much anywhere any organized religion doesn't want you. Where should you fit? Where you are now is just fine.

There is no conflict between evolution and creation in the Bible, only in the minds of those that lack understanding.
I too believe in God, and have studied the Bible for over 30 years, yet I don't refer to myself as a Christian or follow any religion, which fail to teach the deeper spiritual truths of the Bible.

You don't have to believe the Earth is flat to be a Christian.
Allthough all groups will have some kind of organization, consider joining a liberal church, like Episcopalian or Lutheran (ELCA) or 'Church of Christ'.
Nowadays even the Roman Catholic accepts evolution, but maybe it's too organized for you.
In any case, stay open minded.

The Holy Bible is written by men, every word inspired by God. God did create the world in 7 days. Evolution is a lie. Religion is manmade.
