Remember to use low fat,low carb,low sugar sause also if you use sause.

Be disciplined in portion size

Wholemeal pasta in moderation would be OK. The FSM takes account of followers needs. He is merciful and his ways are beneficent to all his children.

Actually the FSM is into low carbs, trying to reduce the size of it's meatball head, no doubt.

The FSM permits us to put 'marinara' sauce on squash, but it's blasphemy to refer to such sauce as 'spaghetti sauce' or to a squash as 'spaghetti squash'.

I love Polish pierogi. But they are served with melted butter....not good for your health.
