Yes. I bought it along with Dorian Gray's portrait & a 2 liter bottle of water from the Fountain of Youth. I'm curious how many will get the portrait reference.

i think you're referring to the Philosopher's Stone there buddy, not Samson's hair.
And if they'll be putting such an item on auction, that wouldn't be on ebay. Probably at Christie's or Sotheby's.
