I think that is a very interesting question. Gender and sex are two different things. Most likely a person getting a sex change is doing so to match the gender they feel they are. Back in the time the Bible was written, the separate concepts of gender and sex were most likely not considered, they were one and the same. The changes in science discovery and procedures has created a world that can't read the Bible as black and white.
I don't have an answer, no one on here does since no one speaks for God, but I think you raise a very good question, if you didn't realize it, about the changes in science and how that affects religion.

1. Wrong...what's the point in "laying" with the same sex?
2. In the bible, its not explicit about trans-sexual, but it says you need to respect and treat your body well....replacing a body part is i believe disrespectful, unless you're replacing a damaged part.
3. That would be a sin.
4. That would not be a sin....if btw they are married.

When You are born as a man or a woman, this is who God has created you to be and you are going to be that until the day you die. Exterior Cosmetic can never change who you truly are inside. Before God you are still a man or a woman. No man no science can change your gender otherwise they would be God. They can play with it making it look like the real thing but it is still fake. Therefore if a man lies with a transgender who has the exterior look of a woman, before God it is still homosexuality because the inside of that man still testifies that he is a man and no science can change that.

Right, or maybe a man (who's in the process of becoming a woman) lays with a woman (who's in the process of becoming a man)...or maybe a woman (who used to be a man) lays with another woman (who's becoming a man)....or how about a man who IS a man, laying with a man who ALSO is a man, but both of them are in the process of becoming women.....or what if one half of a Siamese twin is a man and the other half a woman, and the woman half lays with another woman or a man, and the man half lays with a man or another woman. What then?

The bible also teaches us that it is wrong to "lay" with anyone outside of mariage. Honesly, we are all sinners, gay or straight. But with most sins, we dont advertise about it. The person who had the change probably should have shared that information before you got intimate. But if you love that person, consider forgivness.

Actually yes it is a sin even if you don't know it.
That is why it's a good idea to ask for forgiveness of sins known and unknown that you have committed.
If you take something that doesn't belong to you if you don't return it, it's stealing. If you take something you thought was yours but find out later it wasn't and don't return it, it's still stealing.
Hope that helps...

None of it is a sin. The only sin would be to spend your life alone instead of with the person you love due to your fear of the homophobes out there.
