My husband and I have done drinking Trivial Pursuit. You don't even need a board. Each person gets a box or stack of cards. One reads all 6 questions on the card in a row. At the end of the card you have to drink for each question you missed. If you ace the card and get all six right, the asker has to chug. The loser is the one who finally says "I can't keep reading."
I know it sounds boring, but we get so many good laughs out of it. Especially as the game goes on and we get tipsy and start saying "I really do know this! I swear!" Hints are allowed from the asker, like charades, singing something relating to it, just to jog the answerer's brain. It's a good time!

depends on the two people. you can take a game such as "asshole" and turn it into a drinking game. or go fish (and drink)
webtender.com has a section on drinking games you can find.

Quarters... get a shot glass and one quarter and try to bounce the quarter in and who ever miss has to take a shot and if you make it you get to dare the other person to do something.
