Re: Losing 25 Pounds
If you can afford it, get a personal trainer and you'll be on the path to losing the weight. If you can't afford it, you're looking at coming up with an aerobic exercise regime that you can stick to long enough to lose the weight. There should be any number of folks around your area that are available to help you work up such an exercise regime - like at a local gym, for instance. Also, and not from personal experience, I understand that Weight Watchers has a very effective program for safe weight loss.
P.S. DO NOT "lose it fast"; that's a tried-and-true recipe for putting it right back on again - it's also extremely unhealthy as our bodies are not designed for rapid weight gain/loss and it will result in health issues later in your life that you otherwise would not have. What you want to develop are exercise and eating habits that you enjoy and that give you the satisfaction of knowing that you're caring for yourself properly. You'll enjoy increased self-esteem and a lessening of the desire to "feed your face".
I wish you the best of luck!

Lose the weight in a reasonable fashion like exercise--take up racquetball or some other sport but you certainly do not want to put your body through drastic changes that could make you ill.
If you are a little on the heavy side, you will lose that during basic but make sure you are in relative good shape before that. Good luck! You can do this!

hmmm...lifting weights and do "compound exercises" ie squats, benchpress etc... I know that you might not feel comfortable if you arent a gym rat but thats the best way to get your metabolism high for longest
Also...30 minutes of cardio a day 5 days a week. But dont focus on speed or distance...focus on your heart rate. I am not sure how to figure it out for females (males is 220-age) and then percentages of that burn fat...usually around 65% of your max. aka, if you do cardio too fast, you burn more muscle, if you do it slower but still keep it within "the zone" you burn fat..

The hair I don't know but as a vet I know weight loss. Wake up 1 hr before you normally do and run before you eat anything. your body will burn sugar stored in your liver over night while you sleep. That means in the morning before you eat if you exercise you will begin burning stored fat cells right away. min. 30 min each morning.

Front load your calories. My guess is you eat very little or nothing for breakfast, when your body has plenty of time to burn it off, and you eat a whole lot for dinner, when your body has almost no time to burn it off.
Also, don't drink anything with sugar in it.
