reaso why I ask is because we all going to lose our jobs next month, she has been told that she will get full maternity (as a favour ) even though she has only been with the company for 10 months.

What other benefits could she get

Hi Nicolah, the manager said because she is a good worker he said he would do that for her.

There is no contract of this though.

I personally dont think she has a leg to stand.

I dont think she will tell her to get it in writing she may have a small chance then if they decide to change their mind.
if the household income is low enough she is entitled a maternity grant of £500 she will automatically get free prescriptions because she is pregnant tell her to go to your local welfare rights they will tell her everything she is entitled to and help with forms etc.
Sorry to hear about your jobs it's hard losing your job not to mention just after christmas
