My husband recently told me that he thinks my little brother might be using cocaine. He said the past few days he's seen him, he's been acting pretty weird and that he sweats a lot and it's not even hot. Is that a sign that someone is using cocaine? sweating? Then I was at my mom's house yesterday and she said it was weird that my little brother, well actually he's 17 but he's still my lil brother, that he went straight to sleep, he's usually hungry like a wolf when he gets home. I know that stuff keeps you up all night. I hope this isn't true, my parents are already stressing with my other brother, they don't need more woes, so i'm kinda of hesitant to mention it to my mom. What are the signs?

It could be that or meth..watch to see if he is gritting his teeth, rambling on more than usual, sweating, jittery hands, biting lip...Keep an eye on him though. If it is meth or cocaine then watch his money flow, eating habits and eventually things might start disappearing around the house and ending up in pawn shops or traded for his habit. Lets pray he is fine, but I'm leaning towards the things your husband has picked up on.

sniffles, lack of appetite, jaw clenching, skin color could be different, jittery. If your brother is disassociating himself with regular friends and family this could also be a sign.
