These are my absolute favorite! Enjoy! And Happy Holidays!
ANISE DROP COOKIES
6 large eggs, separated
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup flour
3 tsp. anise seed
Lightly grease cookie sheets & set aside. Beat yolks until thick & lemon-colored. Beat whites until stiff & combine the two mixtures. Gradually beat in sugar; mix lightly. Sift flour & add to mixture. Stir in anise seed. Drop from the tip of a spoon, about 1” apart, on prepared cookie sheets. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
Yield: 3 or 4 Dozen

heres one and dependgin what order u do it it can be a cookie or a cake its called jolene mint cookie pizza loli make it every year it is awsome. ok either u make or buy a roll of cookie dough and spead a real thick layer in a cake pan but mint oreos and break them in half and spread it all in the cookie then toy melt hershy kisses or chocolate chips in a plastic back in th micro wave ....... do that before u cook it to make it a cakkke or after it cools to make a cookies . then u cut the tip and squeezze and smooth all over the desert top have fun its yummy

Chocolate Chip Eggnog Balls
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cream cheese (@ room temp)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 tablespoon evaporated milk
1 teaspoon amaretto flavoring
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped almonds
Beat powdered sugar and cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Beat in spices, milk, and amaretto. Stir in chocolate chips. Pinch off walnut-size pieces and roll into balls. Roll balls in almonds. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

You could buy Pillsbury cookie and just mold , place in baking sheet and bake!
