Does anyone know the translation in Latin (not spanish) of "Main Course" & "Side Dishes"?

A direct translation is not existing since Romans didn't eat their meals by following nowadays uses and therefore they hadn't any main course or side dishes. Turning around the words I would suggest to translate main course as "mensa principalis" (the most important course, meal) and side dishes as "holera" (vegetables).
