Sin

Definition: Literally, a missing of the mark, according to the Hebrew and Greek Bible texts. God himself sets the “mark” that his intelligent creatures are to reach. Missing that mark is sin, which is also unrighteousness, or lawlessness. (Rom. 3:23; 1 John 5:17; 3:4) Sin is anything not in harmony with God’s personality, standards, ways, and will, all of which are holy. It may involve wrong conduct, failure to do what should be done, ungodly speech, unclean thoughts, or desires or motives that are selfish. The Bible differentiates between inherited sin and willful sin, between an act of sin over which a person is repentant and the practice of sin.
In the bible there were over 600 commandments but God lovingly broke them down to 10 so that it wouldn't be so difficult. We're always doing something that may be a sin, that's why Job and other's in the bible prayed and made sacrifices for their family, just in case they commited a sin and didn't know it.
Job was a relative of Abraham, both being descendants of Shem. Though not an Israelite, Job was a worshiper of Jehovah. He was “the greatest of all the Orientals,” possessing great wealth. His family consisted of his wife, seven sons, and three daughters. (Job 1:1-3) He conscientiously performed duties as a priest for his family, offering sacrifices to God in their behalf.—Job 1:4, 5.

I no longer know. There are 10 commandments. Then I found out there are 7 deadly sins. Then I found out there is an original sin. Now I found out Moses dropped a tablet and that there were 15 commandments. I guess if you're christian just being alive is a sin so every move you make is a sin. It would be easier to count all the things that AREN'T sins.

A multitude.

And they can be covered by love:

1 Peter 4:8 NASV - Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.

I think sin is anything that separates you from God. So it could be anything. When i say "separates you from God" I mean anything that you put before Him in your life.
