Communication with clients is an art. You should combine your capacity to master all the relevant information and be able to effectively communicate the needed information by the customer. You should be able to judge his receptiveness and act accordingly !!!

the art of communication is simple when interacting with people - you have two ears and one mouth - use them in that ratio.

Listen to what people say, what they say they need, interpret that, repeat it back to them to be sure you understand and communicate back with them in a stye which they will be able to interpret the best fit of possible solutions that you have on offer.

However, have to agree with answer one here, if you don't know the answer yourself you may not be applying for the right job.

Wish you the best of luck if you decide to go for it.

If you can not interpret this question on you own, maybe you are not qualified for the job.

Have you dealt with people before? How did you communicate with them?
