There's a minimum wage for a good reason. So that you can earn enough to get by, and also so that a job can't become an auction - going to the person who is prepared to accept the lowest pay. If an employer is breaching these rules that's wrong and he should be reported.

I agree with Patrick,Plus if successive Government bodies had not made it o so easy for all immigrants ,not just Polish, we would not be in the state we are in...therefore "ALL" blame rests with the powers to be , past and present, but hopefully not in future.....Its about time we closed are boarders to all "ouslanders"and and had a great purge, before we are swallowed up and loose what little identity we have left. Free speech, free country, what a load of bol=====s, we might just as well follow the tens of thousends of other Brits and leave to settle in Spain and other countries and take our money with us, what will the government do then, poor things. Then and only then will immigrants have no reason to flood the country and the government can look for other ways to destroy the country............................. Now I feel a little better ......

Both are to blame. The employer will exploit the chance to pay someone less wage. The people coming in are to blame for doing it for less than their British counterparts )if you can call them that). At the end of the day the government is to blame overall.

legal immigrants are not likely to receive any blame, but may receive low wages which undercuts the local workforce - this could and should be a concern
illegal immigrants are to blame - they should not be here
the employers are also to blame in this case by employing people that have commited an offence by being here in the first place
send any illegals back home and fine the employers who fund their illegal stay in UK

it does not matter, if they both break laws, they are both at fault, and actually government deserves the biggest blame of all for allowing it to happen and looking the other way. Consumers who willing participate with violators or hire them share blame as well.
But the biggest culprit is really government that is supposed to lookt out for the people of a country but is often more interest in fatteing the pockets of their corporate masters.

1st - Blame the government for not doing much about enforcing illegal immigration laws.
2nd - Blame, fine and if the problem still exists arrest the owner(s) of the company breaking the law.
3rd - Deport the illegals that are caught. Immediately upon arrest they go to a special holding area, are quickly tried and if it is proven they are not in the country legally then deport them.

i'm serious on the subject of the greater value-effective hard artwork and the greater value-effective products that I savour by using Mexicans (unlawful or no longer). in spite of the undeniable fact that, what value does this could desire to the yankee taxpayer? u.s. won't be able to arise with the money for to teach the bill for social provider in seek of leaches. For me it comes all the way down to the final analysis. yet regardless, I definetly choose a greater guard border and a greater valuable way of figuring out who gets in and who keeps to be out. I advise the days of the Oklahoma land races are over. end working into our united states, waving your flag, and snatching up aspects you illegals(have the illegals declared conflict on us? isn't this an invasion?). Oh via the way.... i'm a third era Mexican immigrant (criminal).
