Get yourself a kegerator, and buy a keg or a pony. You can dispense what you need, and the rest won't go flat. Only problem is that it won't be very portable.
Sounds like you don't drink to enjoy the beverage, but to get drunk.

the largest can i've seen is a 24 ouncer.
I dont think alum. cans would be sturdy enough for a 40.
Plus, cans make beer taste funny (but, who drinks 40s for taste anyway?)
