ok iv taken her out to dener and a movie and it will be both of our first kisses and i dont want to push the subject i want it to happen at the right time put i dont know if she is ready to be kissed

Maybe she's not ready yet. To some kissing can be away to show strong feelings and emotions. Good grief you haven't even been going out a month yet give it time. Besides if you want to kiss her then go ahead make the first move.

Obviously she's not feeling in to it if she hasn;t done it yet. First kisses in relationships are usually sparked by overwhelming attraction to one another, translation, not being romantic enough.
