My right foot?

Hi sometimes if I move my right foot a certain way it gives me a pain which lasts in my foot for about a minute, what is this?.

There are a number of possibilities for what could be causing this such as a muscle tear (giving an example only), but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation.
