mike tyson TKO'ed larry in 1988 in the 4th round.
that was the only time that happened.he has lost 6 times.

One. There's some confusion as to his loss against Bobic in the 72 Olympic tryouts. Cosell maintained that Holmes gave up and lost via TKO. From what everything I could garner, Holmes was DQ'd when he started to rally in the second round against the Army boy.

1 time by IRON Mike Tyson, Holmes came along in 1 of the many times of lackluster fighters in the heavyweight div. Kinda like whats going on now in the heavyweight div.
He was not the greatest of all time just the best of his time.
