To improve your stamina and endurance you must run for at least 20 to 30 minutes 3 to 5 times each week.
So if you want to improve your stamina in one month without running everyday then it is not going to happen.

The 1500 is as much about speed as it is stamina. You need to work on both. Here is a good sample 1 week workout program that will help you. Follow it for 3 weeks then back off the last week before your race.

Day 1 - 400 meter repeats (Run these at about 10-15 seconds FASTER than desired race pace).
Day 2 - 4 miles about 2 minutes per mile slower than race pace
Day 3 - 200 meter sprints (95% max)
Day 4 - Upper body weight workout and stretches
Day 5 - 800 meter repeats ( Run these about 5 per lap fast than desired race pace)
Day 6 - 4 miles about 2 minutes per mile slower than race pace

Stretch everyday. The more limber you are the faster you can run. Good luck and let us know how you do.

Happy Trails

School Tryouts are always very important, I've been playing most of my life and have been through alot of coaches and tryouts. Coming prepared to tryouts is very important it shows the coach that you're ready and willing to work hard, try your hardest to find some cleats even if you have to borrow them. The main thing you really need to worry about is EFFORT!!! I'm almost 18 and have been coaching girls at the ages of 8 and 9, The main thing i look at in all of them is how much effort they put into tryouts or practices, if they dont they either wont make the team or wont have as much playing time the next game. Some things you could practice on is passing, if you dont have anyone to pass to just kick it at a wall. Also go against a fence or wall and kick the ball with your ankle locked, try and keep it in control it will help you out alot! good luck!

You need to use good English so as to be well understood by persons who might wish to give you a reply.

Now about your question. What do you mean by stamina??
