Kosher simply means 'fitting' and yes, anyone can eat kosher. In fact, did you know that even before God called the first person a Hebrew (Abraham) that there was already clean and unclean food on the ark with Noah?
I eat kosher- not rabbinical, but biblical. People who do so are healthier in general. Since my kids started eating kosher they have not been sick. WOW!!!!!
Basically:
clean means allowed
unclean means not allowed
If you research you'll see that the unclean animals eat off death and decay of other animals. They are the garbage-collectors of the earth. Think of rats, swine, vultures, shrimp, shark - these animals God says are not fit or allowed for food.

Anyone is worthy of eating kosher food as long as they have the extra $$$$$$$ to pay the price difference.
Define Gentiles by the way, those with no Jewish ethinic background that are practicing Jews (because they weren't considered Jews in history, recognized by the laws of the land as Jewish, or in the Old Testament), or do you mean the people with ethnic Jewish background (DNA) who converted (cause they still were considered Jews in the bible (ie once a Jew always a Jew)?????

When I open and use kosher ingredients at work, I must do so in the presence of a Rabbi (given that the ingredient is a grape juice or the like). He just stands there scratching his butt with his hand actually down his pants! How clean is kosher?

lol I used to actually wonder that. Well not so much about worthiness but like if it was somehow offensive.
I don't worry about that anymore, Hebrew National makes some good hot dogs! lol

Interesting point.
Are Jews worthy of shopping in super markets?---driving German made vehicles?---eating in restaurants that serve others?
I am hopeful that you ask that question in jest. It seems to me that the question is rhetorical. (¦<)>

You mean like potato pancakes and unlevened bread? Er...is there a reason we shouldn't? What does worthy mean, exactly?
