Blueberries, strawberries, bananas, pomegrantes, just about any fruit you like is good for your health. I have a fresh fruit smoothie everyday, using several of these fruits that I mix with some protein powder and non-fat milk. They're great and low calorie. I get everything I need from these.

grapes are a good natural pain killer,cranberries and apples are a good source of fiber.Oranges,grapefruit are also very good for helping with weight loss.Although cranberries are also a good antioxidant.
