The spirit of Christmastime is wonderful. I love spending time with family and the free day off helps with that. The religious aspect is a little odd to me. There's no way of knowing when Jesus was born, exactly, but December is not a likely option. Jesus also asked people to celebrate his death, not so much his birth, so I wonder why Christmas is so much more important to most Christians than Easter. I'm guessing it's just more appealing because of the secular side, including presents.

For me, it is just a great time to show some love. I love the decorations and Santa.

i think its is a money pit.
i think it is still existing for money and businesses only.
i think that it is definalty not jesus birthday... he would freeze his little baby hiney off if he was born in december out side... and the bible states he was around animals... they would freeze there little animal hineys off too!
i think that people only want to believe it so that they have an excuse to spend time with eachother and swap gifts.. when in reality.. they could do that anytime of the year.. just pick a day.. my family has PRESENT DAY! haha
i think that lying to your children about a santa bringing them presents and things like that are wrong and horrible.
i think that christmas is the celibration of a pagan sun god
and i think that christmas all together is a big lie, scam, and cover. just like satan himself.

ps...

santa
satan.. see a resemblence?

It is a heathen holiday. The Messiah (YAHOSHUA) was born in the fall. Dec. 25 is the Saturnalia, the birth of the sun god. True believers followed Torah for 300 years after the death of the Messiah, until the "Christians" outlawed obedience.

I think it's wonderful! I love this time of year, find lots of happiness in it and all the things it brings for me - extra and special times with family and friends, special and yummy (if fattening and sugar coma inducing) foods, crisp air, the opportunity to give special gifts/love/attention to people who are important to me, and an opportunity to recieve the same back, cheerful music, etc. etc. etc. and so on. For me and my family it is also about remembering in a special way the foundation of our faith.

Merry Christmas!

Vanity.

Ask Cain when you see him. Yahweh does not and will not accept that form or worship,

You're worshiping worthless Gods that Yahweh said not too.

If there is no scriptural authority of a religious occasion, it's not from Yahweh, it's straight from Satan the Devil.

Jer 16:19 ¶ O Yahweh, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles (heathens) shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, SURELY OUR FATHERS HAVE INHERITED LIES,(Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny) vanity, and [things] wherein [there is] no profit.

Christmas is Devil worship.

i think its overrated...people celebrate it without knowing the true meaning of christmas...i admit that sometimes i have found myself getting overwhelmed with the exitement of gifts and gatherings that i forget what its truly about...celebrating the greatest gift of all Christs birth...
