The formula should look something like this for an individual cell:
=Sheet1!A6
This example takes the value from cell A6 on sheet "Sheet1".

If you want to dupicate sheet 1 onto sheet 2 - ALL the information - right click on the tab name (sheet1). Select Move or Copy. Determine where you want the new sheet to go, or move to the end. Put a check in the box to Create a Copy. then click OK. You have just copied the sheet.
